Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
All data sent trough our contact forms are being collected is used only for the purpose they are sent and nothing more.
Cookies
If you use my website and send a form we will store all data transmitted there and some cookies will be created in order to save some data for future autocomplete for the rest of the forms (this action is different and unique for each user, it can either be turned on by the browser you are using or by other plugins embedded in your browser), email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

We do not share our users’ data with any external service, all data is strictly used for the purpose they were sent and collected (building candidate profiles and job listings ). At the request of any user, it is possible to delete all data from the database.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We do not send your data to any other external services whatsoever.

Your contact information that is sent through the forms on the site is stored and used for the same internal purposes mentioned above. We do not receive data from any third party, nor do we process external data other than those sent directly from users of our services and who agree to their processing for the purposes for which they were sent.

No public profiles are built on our site with user data in any way but only internally stored. All data sent by each user is only used by our colleagues for the purpose for which they were sent (prospecting for possible jobs or candidates) and can be added or deleted at the request of each.

We do not have a government-controlled business, and we will not divulge the personal data of users without an official legal act issued by an institution with jurisdiction in the area where we activate these services and recruitment and headhunting projects.
